my balls itch, and sweat, what is best material to use in underwear?
I know that cotton is best, but all the underwear made out of cotton has the double layer material in front which does not allow air circulation. The underwear that seems to breath easier is 70% cotton and 30% polyester, but I'm afraid that polyester could cause more skin irritation.
Why don't you go free balling at night when you sleep and wear as little as possible during the day if possible. If you can lounge in big boxers then do it. Cotton, plain and simple is the best material because that area really needs to breathe.
