Cape Town is famous for its natural beauty, its endless beaches and beautiful mountains. Hikers who want to visit this city in South Africa fun to make the most of walking trails many excellent throughout the region. Many inexperienced hikers are also encouraged to don a pair hiking boots and take to the hills and mountains. Table Mountain is perhaps the most popular mountain for tourists as it is an icon and is pretty comfortable and looking benevolently over the city.

However, if you're not a regular walker and decide on a sudden "go explore the mountain or one of the tracks in Cape Town, it is important to remember that the loss or landing in a painful situation and can not reach many walkers and climbers to the Cape each year. • If you do not see how having safer, less sharp drop and take note of landmarks in the event of having to retrace your steps
• If you are completely lost call for help and if necessary protected by bad weather while waiting to be rescued.

If someone is injured

• Do not move unnecessarily
• Call for help
• Keep warm
• Administer first care if necessary
