Do you need these hiking tips? If ever you have blisters or twisted ankles or knee pain. In fact, I stopped receiving blisters throughout a decade ago. More information about this in a moment. First, look at some basic preparations and precautions to take when planning a trip.
Tracks - Preparation
If you have not done anything physical in a while you should really try to get in shape before taking a long walk or a backpacking trip. Not only will it get much better, but the process of preparation to highlight the problems that may have (back pain, knee problems, blisters, etc..)
Take a trip around the house with a full battery Authority to see how far you can comfortably go. If you will be backpacking in running shoes instead of hiking boots, you want strengthen the ankles. An easy way to do is walk on uneven ground. This and flexion exercises of the ankle, so for at least several times a week or two before your trip.
If you travel in the mountains, try biking to prepare. This system uses a large quantity of the same muscles you use during a hike to the top. Of course, regular bicycle rides are also a quick way to increase your aerobic capacity. This can help you go faster with greater ease.
Buy the right equipment before the trip or a backpacking trip. To be honest, a short walk can cope with almost anything. But if you're lost in the desert, searching for clothes for this purpose. Jeans easily get wet in the rain stay wet, which is uncomfortable and can be dangerous if it is cold. Nice hat can keep the sun from his eyes, and a waterproof jacket to ensure your safety and hot.
Bring lots of water. If you have problems with pain when hiking, you should probably carry aspirin or pain of others, even in lower gears. Map and compass is a good idea, of course, and tell someone where you are.
Walking - Take Care of Your Body
I stopped getting blisters when I gave up hiking boots and socks. They create a warm, moist environment that is perfect for creating blisters. Even in Travel and backpack, I use nylon socks thin, lightweight running shoes. You may want to try. Chances are, never a heavy socks and boots. If you're concerned about maintaining ankle, strengthen your ankles! (See above).
You must also establish a routine to keep your feet dry and comfortable. Stop at and remove your shoes and socks. Feet in the air for several minutes. If the socks are wet, replace them and hang the wet to dry your package. Remove any sand or small sticks and stones from their shoes. If your feet are particularly hot, soak in cold water stream for one hour. Do this and you get a lot of miles outside more comfortable.
If they give you pain in the knee during a hike, the exercise of long-term solution, may be particular to strengthen the surrounding muscles. In the short term, you can buy a simple elastic knee brace to see if it helps. Also you may want to try arch supports. They cost less than ten dollars and can help stop the knee and back problems which are associated with excessive pronation (flattening of the feet while walking). The combination of these two seems to have cured my knee problems.
What to do if you are hiking and get a sudden knee pain? Here are some tips: icing the knee for some time in cold water for a stream or snow can help. At rest, with the leg elevated usually helps a little also. Make a cane or a small tree branch and its Use especially on descents can take some pressure of the knee.
Being too painful to walk? The inner bark of willow and poplars contain a compound similar to aspirin. You can scrape the spongy bark and make a tea of it, or chew some. Better yet, simply use the end of the hike in one hand and be ready.
