I need simple recipes and backpacks because there is never a stove in my backpack, even on trips of one week in the desert. That should be enough for two salads. Simply wash salad ingredients, put in the bag, add a little dressing, and shake. It can be eaten straight from the bag. The salad dressings containing can be used as an extra water bottle when it is empty. I like recipes that prevents light pack containers to use multiple and to help with this.
