Accessing West Suffield Mountain portion of CT's Metacomet trail?

I can see from maps that the trail intersects Mountain Rd (Rt 168) on the north end, and Turkey Hills Rd (Rt 20) further south. But I went to these spots, and was like wtf?! No signage at all. No parking that I could find. No clue as to where the trailhead is.

I live in East Windsor and want to be able to get a little hiking in without having to trek over to the Berkshires or up to New Hampshire. The Windsor Locks canal path is... paved.

Best place to find that kind of information is the Connecticut Walk Book. It comes in two volumes, East and West, roughly divided by the CT River.

In my experience hiking around here, most trailheads are limited to very small pull-offs on the side of the road. Only more popular trails like the AT or Rail Trails tend to have real parking areas.
